The gluten free mac and cheese was delicious. The grilled chicken was cooked perfectly. The corn and quinoa was surprisingly super good too.
And OMG I have only seen lemon olive oil cakes on the Food Network, but they have one here that is so light and fluffy and delicious!
I have celiac disease and am very reactive to gluten. I had no reaction and felt safe eating here.

Love Flower Child!! It is my go-to place when I just want to pick up food for lunch or dinner. My favorite things to order are the chicken enchiladas and the forbidden rice bowl. They have some delicious gluten free desserts as well.

Ordered the gf Mac and cheese and a few veggies sides for delivery- all delicious. I highly recommend the gf chocolate chip cookie with cashews and coconut- delicious!
Loved Flower Child. I had the kale salad (which is also organic) and it was delicious and very filling. Would definitely eat here again.

Many GF options including multiple desserts, high quality food GF food!
Been here twice with no reaction. The staff seems knowledgeable, and they said gloves are changed to avoid cross-contamination. Super healthy and delicious options!

Too noisy. Freezing cold ( yes I know it’s cold outside) the door stays open after people walk in and out. Very few gluten free options. I settled on a side order of spinach and it was filled with salt and cumin. The GF mac & cheese and brussels sprouts my daughter ate we’re also filled with salt. My mother-in-law had a salad and it was flooded with salad dressing. I would not recommend this place nor will I come back.
This place is my go-to when I’m craving some mac and cheese! The gluten free Mac is delicious and the sweet potatoes are to die for. They also have some great sweet treats. I eat here frequently and have not had any problems as long as I stay away from the wraps.

I absolutely LOVE this place...I typically stick with a plate with Avocado, Spinach and Cauliflower with either chicken or salmon. It’s delicious!
For celiacs with other dietary restrictions, it's important to visit when it isn't busy and when a supervisor is available to check ingredients and answer questions. There is no printed menu with a key to what is GF. If you also avoid soy, ask to see the sauce ingredients.

Just arrived in Dallas from Scottsdale and so excited to find a Flower Child! My favorite is the Tai Cashew Quinoa with added chicken and a side of GF mac and cheese. FC is consistently awesome! I'm moving to Philadelphia.....when are you bringing one to the Northeast?

Don't trust their "Gluten free" claim. Ate there today and now am sick. Too bad.

Easy on the GUT and easy on the EYES. By gut I mean all the foods are delicious and prepared the right way and easy to digest which is so important for all of us suffering gut issues. By eyes I mean this place is pretty like 'Better Homes and Garden' pretty and all the employees and patrons are fresh and pretty and happy all smiling. Deserts are GLUTEN FREE (what a thrilling find) and foods are carefully marked in easy to read vegan, vegetarian, GF. I wish all menus would be forced to follow their format. Finally a menu that is not a chore to order! Also employees are great to answer questions and make substitutions. I ate 'Mother Earth' salad: quinoa (instead of grains), sweet potato, portobello mushrooms, avocado, cucumber, broccoli pesto, leafy greens, lemon avocado dressing (instead of miso) and hemp seed. Soooooooo good. I want to order this again.
I told the counter person I had celiac and ordered a dish that she assured me was safe. I ate several bites before I realized it was dusted with breadcrumbs! I was horrified and complained. The same woman who'd taken my order didn't at all seem to understand what I was saying or why i was upset The manager was kind and apologetic, but I realized the staff was not trained or aware, despite the gf options on the menu.

The new location is amazing!! Had a great lunch as always. They offer so many gluten free options which are listed on the menu. Let them know you have an allergy and they will take extra precautions.

Very fresh and flavorful food. Gluten free items are clearly marked and if you tell them you have an allergy, they take special precautions.

I eat here ALL the time and never ever get sick! I always ask them to mark down gluten allergy on the order and I feel safe enough to make an online order and just add “GLUTEN ALLERGY” in the notes and I’ve never had a problem! I always get the forbidden rice bowl with steak. I also have had their desserts (pudding, cookie, muffin) and never have any problems.
