Asked that my burger be lettuce wrapped and bagged separately due to gluten intolerance. They automatically followed full allergen protocol by cleaning surfaces, changing gloves, etc…

If you tell them you have an allergy they use a different prep area and change their gloves. They also announce that there's an allergy to the bun to the entire staff to increase awareness. Super friendly and I'm very sensitive and have never had a reaction.

Celiac friendly?

My mom and I (both celiac) at at this restaurant on our way to and from the UP. Both times the staff was very careful about our allergies, making sure to change gloves and keeping who worked on our food to a limited number to avoid cross contamination. We are both very sensitive and had no issues.

Went here today. Ordered little cheeseburger in lettuce. Told them we have a gluten allergy and they provided a separate bag and used new gloves to prepare the burger.
