Good options and tasty food! Had a BLT on gluten free toast and home fries with no reaction. Cute place and would recommend!

While gluten free bread is available, they only have one toaster. Chef and wait staff is very knowledgeable, and will give you a menu that details all the major allergens in their dishes.

I’ve been to First Watch in other states, but this location was even more exceptional! Made sure to to toast my Gf bread in a separate pan to avoid cross contamination. Excellent service.

Delicious, knowledgeable, and decent selection of options!

They were EXTREMELY accommodating. The chef has celiac disease, so takes it very seriously. My waitress was also very knowledgeable. I had a chorizo omelette with breakfast potatoes, chicken sausage, and Udis toast. They toasted the bread on the oven over a piece of foil.
I am intolerant so I'm not sure about Celiac. I'm giving this three stars because, while the food that I had was good, I could have gone to Cracker Barrel for less money and more flavor. When I clicked on the gluten free menu online on my phone it kept showing me pancakes and waffles so I assumed they served gf pancakes and waffles. When we got there I found out I was wrong. It's just unclear on the mobile menu.
The gf menu has every single menu item on it with "no bread" or "pancakes are not gf" which would have taken for ever to read. I just pieced together a bunch of sides since I can't eat eggs either. If you can eat eggs and dairy this is still a good option. If you are looking for pancakes and waffles, sorry friends, this is not the place.
We ordered omelets for breakfast: The Works, Bacado, and the Acapulco Express. The chorizo sausage in the Acapulco Express contains MSG. The plates arrived and the aroma was amazing! And the taste matched!

Great place to eat! They have a menu that tells you which options are gluten free and they will let you bring your own bread or buns for sandwiches!
Waitress was very knowledgeable and ensured there is a separate area and cooking stations for preparing the food!!

Waitress had good knowledge of gluten free. Optional gluten free bread in substitution. Separate preparation space. I have celiac and didn’t get sick. Will go back

Probably a lot of cross contact here, but they do have gluten free bread so I was able to get a breakfast sandwich and home fries. The food was flavorful, the staff were efficient and the prices were fair.

We had a lovely lunch this afternoon. Deborah was absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating to my various allergies. She went above and beyond to make sure my food was safe. They have good procedures against cross contamination. It was also delicious and very affordable.

I usually get the chicken quinoa power bowl here. I have not gotten sick and I always tell the server that I have a gluten allergy. I have heard that they do use shared equipment when toasting the gluten free bread so if you’re sensitive I’d stick with the bowls.
