Fat Salmon Sushi

Celiac Here. This restaurant is Not Safe, no specific gluten free menu online. ordered takeout during covid. I spoke to someone in the restaurant and specifically said EVERYTHING MUST BE GLUTEN FREE. Went through all the rolls there were “safe” still came home with gluten in a rainbow roll. They did refund the roll, but this is not acceptable.

The waitress I had immediately said, “I’ll tell them no Panko before putting in your spicy tuna roll order.” She also checked the salad dressing for me (something I forgot to ask). It was AMAZING sushi too.
