Review of Crust Bros Pizza Waterloo

Amazing gluten free pizza, with gluten free beer. Even as you get to the end of the pizza it hasn't gone hard or stoggy. My other half tasted and even said was good! For once I didnt have pizza envy! The server checked if I was a celiac or its due to intolerance (the later for me), they still use a 'metal plate' in the pizza oven to reduce as much cross contamination risk as possible (they have a warning that its not a completey gluten free environment)
