Celiac safe kitchen, all GF breads are baked in house (and are amazing) and all regular bread is cut in a special area. ENTIRE menu is or can be GF!!! Zero cross contamination!

New bar in Logan square serving MOSTLY gluten free food. In their marketing they are claiming to be “100% gluten free”, so please be aware they do have regular bread in their kitchen. I reached out via email and they seem to be very knowledgeable and careful, just don’t be confused by any articles or posts who mention it is “100% gluten free”.
*This is not a dedicated gluten free kitchen* It’s about 95% gluten free with 2 items that can be altered to be gluten free, so the whole menu can be MADE gluten free but they do have regular bread for the sandwiches in the kitchen (see photo for their response).
I’m super excited to have this new spot open in town but I definitely think this clarity is important so everyone can make their own decisions on where to eat. Can’t wait to give them a try and I’ll update my review once I do!
