While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

Stuff knew exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned Celiac. They went and brought in new bowls from the back for anything that they touched with their hands. Highly recommend this place
Got veggie bowl and it tested gf with my Nima.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."

Staff changed gloves and washed their hands and anything they use their hands to get (lettuce, cheese) they got a new container from the back. Obviously it’s better to go at less busy times.

They are very cautious when I tell them my little boy has Celiac Disease. They wash their hands, change their gloves and put a lid on his food. I like that I can watch the preparation firsthand. All of the menu items are gluten free except the wheat tortilla and bar can be substituted with a corn tortilla.
Yes
I think everything is GF but the flour tortillas. If you tell them you have a GF allergy, everyone on the line will change their gloves. I've never gotten sick. Plus, you can eat as it was intended without modifications.
The burrito bowls are always a safe bet.I have celiac and have not had any issues eating there.

😭🥰 I just had the best experience here! I felt a little anxious as it was the peak of lunch time, but the line was incredible! They took out the utensils, cleaned the bar, and were gracious. The food it delicious! I made sure to tell the manager how great her staff was. I’ll be back.

Stopped here for lunch while traveling through the area. I asked the first person to change their gloves. They didn’t understand, but another employee helped explain. I had to ask the next employee down the line let the first person continue to add the toppings. There was much confusion about this. I guess it was ok in the end because I didn’t get sick. But I wouldn’t recommend this location. The rice tasted different and they were completely out of ice. Warm soda topped off a pretty frustrating experience.

Of the local locations it’s the best. But still not great. They’ll take the precautions as needed. But, and fully understanding why, at lunch rush you’ll have to wait and they’ll be obviously upset. And the drive thru/ online order is always cross contaminated.

Ordered online which might have been a mistake. They have the option to select and allergy and I was careful with my ordering and making notes, but still got sick.
