I always order a bowl with whatever toppings minus lettuce and cheese, since they grab that with their hands after handling flour tortillas. Never had any issues following these rules. Pro-tip: If you order a vegetarian bowl, you won't get charged extra for guac.

Everything but flour tortillas are gf but don't ask staff at this location anything about gf options bc they have absolutely no idea. Great option for on the go.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Love it! So excited to have "discovered" Chipotle Grill. In addition to a gluten allergy, I also have a casein allergy. There are only 3 items on Chipotle's menu that I can not have - Flour tortillas, cheese and sour cream. All very easy to avoid. The food is fresh and very good. It is also very healthy - natural, antibiotic-free meats, choice of white or brown rice. I just found out I was allergic to gluten 8 days ago and I have already eaten at Chipotle twice!
The burrito bowls are always a safe bet.I have celiac and have not had any issues eating there.

😭🥰 I just had the best experience here! I felt a little anxious as it was the peak of lunch time, but the line was incredible! They took out the utensils, cleaned the bar, and were gracious. The food it delicious! I made sure to tell the manager how great her staff was. I’ll be back.

Stopped here for lunch while traveling through the area. I asked the first person to change their gloves. They didn’t understand, but another employee helped explain. I had to ask the next employee down the line let the first person continue to add the toppings. There was much confusion about this. I guess it was ok in the end because I didn’t get sick. But I wouldn’t recommend this location. The rice tasted different and they were completely out of ice. Warm soda topped off a pretty frustrating experience.

Of the local locations it’s the best. But still not great. They’ll take the precautions as needed. But, and fully understanding why, at lunch rush you’ll have to wait and they’ll be obviously upset. And the drive thru/ online order is always cross contaminated.

Ordered online which might have been a mistake. They have the option to select and allergy and I was careful with my ordering and making notes, but still got sick.
