I have a Celiac in the family. I was very satisfied with the staffs accomodations for Celiac. They have been trained well.

In general, I like their food, but the staff handle flour tortillas, then grab lettuce, and they do not like to change their gloves. One Chipotle restaurant elsewhere would not serve me. I checked with their headquarters, and they said not good for Celiacs.

25 out of 10 would eat there again
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
They changed their gloves after my request and explanation of needing Gluten Free. The girl serving me made some rude comment about it to the cook and both turned to look at me. She then put her new gloves down on top of the flour shell contaminating them again. I asked for a corn tortilla kids meal quesadilla and she said there was no longer corn tortillas available. I told her i was just at another location a week ago and they had. She was extremely rude and said " well we dont carry them anymore." She was very unaccommodating and clearly needs more training on what gluten free means.

I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.

all offerings seem to be gluten free. I can always eat here safely.
They were so good with us! We asked them to change their gloves which they did. Felt very comfortable here!

Amazing! Everything on the menu is GF with the exception of their flour tortillas. You can check out their allergen list at chipotle.com > allergens. My bowl was incredible!

I came at a busy time but ended up not getting sick. The rice was insanely salty though, I had a hard time finishing my meal. I actually felt the crunch of salt. It seemed like someone spilled salt into it.
