The staff was very knowledgeable and changed gloves and utensils. They did not put the bowl on the counter and made sure to ask if there were any other precautions that they needed to take for me. They told me everything was gluten free but the tortillas. I didn’t get sick after eating there.

We travel alot and give Chipotle for a quick easy meal. I am C but say gluten allergy for ease of explanation. They changed gloves. Were very helpful and kind.
The staff was happy and knowledgeable to accommodate celiac! They washed hands, changed gloves, AND spoons! Wow! I feel safe!

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
I’m not sure if there food was bad, they forgot some how, or they just weren’t gluten free but I got extremely sick from the one time I’ve eaten there! But the service other then they had no idea what celiac was they were very kind.
The staff was amazing! I mentioned before placing my order that I had a severe gluten allergy (easier than explaining Celiac) and before I could finish speaking the staff member had already taken off his gloves and began rewashing his hands. The staff was able to articulate which items were safe for Celiac sufferers and were super friendly to boot! HIGHLY recommend.

Chipotle offer Mexican Grill food served from a walk up line. Most food is GF except for the burritos. The tortilla chips are GF. So, be mindful of the cross contamination. They also change their gloves. The food was good.

I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.

They were so good with us! We asked them to change their gloves which they did. Felt very comfortable here!
