Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

Staff changed their gloves, cleaned off the counter, used clean utensils and kept everything separate. Felt really happy that the moment I said celiac the staff started their protocol like clockwork to keep me safe :)

When I told the worker I was celiac he automatically changed his gloves and all the serving scoops. And did it with a smile! When I apologized for the hassle, they kindly replied “we know it’s not your choice to be celiac.” Plus, everything on the menu except the flour tortillas is gf. Hallelujah for this place!

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Never had a bad reaction here. Great that you can customize your bowl.
Chipotle absolutely rules! Just about everything on the menu is safe, except the obvious flour tortillas. If you're concerned about tortilla cross contamination, order a burrito bowl.
Cheap, quick food (you can even order and pay online to skip waiting in the store), but all the ingredients are top quality.

If you are super sensitive DO NOT go here. My mom and sister went there and I watched in horror as she used the same gloves to put the corn tortilla onto a shared tortilla heater grill thingy and then, when she was done, she plopped the corn tortilla RIGHT on top of the wheat tortilla stack ( as in touching the wheat tortilla)! The only thing that made me not scream was that my mom did not specify that we had to be extremely carefully. Therefore, if you can take a little cross contamination please specify that you need to be fairly carefull. If you are just eating gluten free because you want to, then I think you are completely fine.
Mmmmmmmm
The burrito bowls are always a safe bet.I have celiac and have not had any issues eating there.

😭🥰 I just had the best experience here! I felt a little anxious as it was the peak of lunch time, but the line was incredible! They took out the utensils, cleaned the bar, and were gracious. The food it delicious! I made sure to tell the manager how great her staff was. I’ll be back.

Stopped here for lunch while traveling through the area. I asked the first person to change their gloves. They didn’t understand, but another employee helped explain. I had to ask the next employee down the line let the first person continue to add the toppings. There was much confusion about this. I guess it was ok in the end because I didn’t get sick. But I wouldn’t recommend this location. The rice tasted different and they were completely out of ice. Warm soda topped off a pretty frustrating experience.

Of the local locations it’s the best. But still not great. They’ll take the precautions as needed. But, and fully understanding why, at lunch rush you’ll have to wait and they’ll be obviously upset. And the drive thru/ online order is always cross contaminated.

Ordered online which might have been a mistake. They have the option to select and allergy and I was careful with my ordering and making notes, but still got sick.
