I told them I was gluten-free and they changed gloves and utensils. However, my salad bowl was somehow contaminated, because I had a reaction within an hour.

Came in for lunch and had a burrito bowl. The manager held the line to remove and replace all utensils being used as well as have the employee making my meal wash her hands and replace her gloves!
He also carefully watched to make sure she didn't automatically grab the lettuce from the same tub. She got out a separate tub of cheese and lettuce.
Great job of avoiding cross contamination!!!

The staff was insanely great! All I said was gluten free and they changed gloves and used different spoons to scoop. Best experience I’ve ever had eating out!

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Chipotle is always good about making sure there's no cross contamination when you tell them you can't have gluten. They'll wash their hands and change their gloves and they'll change out the spoons as well as grabbing new containers to get salsa, cheese, etc. The only thing there that isn't gluten free is the flour tortillas, otherwise everything is safe!

I prefer the bowl method. All ingredients are prepped gluten free and are safe to eat. Delicious and affordable!

The staff here typically work well with allergens and cross contamination... but I recommend bowls rather than tacos due to a shared tortilla warmer.

Chipotle offer Mexican Grill food served from a walk up line. Most food is GF except for the burritos. The tortilla chips are GF. So, be mindful of the cross contamination. They also change their gloves. The food was good.

I asked the front manager if I could get stuff from the back and she was passive aggressive the whole time about serving me. Eventually I told her I was okay not to get anything and she was verbally relieved. It was very upsetting and overwhelming going there. It made me feel like a huge inconvenience.

all offerings seem to be gluten free. I can always eat here safely.
They were so good with us! We asked them to change their gloves which they did. Felt very comfortable here!
