The grilled nuggets with Polynesian sauce are really yummy. Also love the fries and peppermint shake.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
I’ve gotten several GF grilled chicken sandwiches here and they’re amazing. They serve it to you in a little container with the bun on the side, so you assemble the sandwich yourself. It’s a little frustrating the first time, but it’s so nice that they make such an effort to reduce cross contamination risk. Their GF bun is REALLY good, suspiciously good! I haven’t gotten the grilled nuggets, but those are an option, and the fries are GF as well — they have their own fryer! The superfood side is another great option. It’s easy to get a safe, well balanced meal here for a very good price and I appreciate that so much. They have an allergen list on the website so you can plan your order ahead of time and browse your choices! They do remind customers that cross contamination is always possible in their kitchen, but they take such care that I am never worried about eating here or bringing my celiac loved ones.

I get the southwest grilled chicken salad here all the time. I also like the grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten free bun, and have gotten the nuggets, and the eggs and hash browns, and their french fries. I get little cups of ice cream sometimes. Dedicated gluten free fryer. Never had a reaction in all the years I've been eating here. The eggs are probably the riskiest thing to eat because they make biscuits from scratch in the morning, only got them once when I was starving. A lifesaver when you need to pick up something quick to eat!

Chick-Fil-A is really the only fast food establishment I can eat at without a reaction. They have a fryer just for the fries. I always get a grilled nuggets meal with fries. It has always been fine for me but I also always let them know I am celiac and can’t have any cross contamination. I have never had a reaction at this location and only only location have I experienced a reaction and that was a location in North Carolina.

Though the corporate website has info about gluten free items and the order taker I spoke with not only understood cross contamination but has Celiac herself, I didn't feel well after eating the fries. I bought grilled chicken and fries. They fry the fries in different oil than breaded items so I tried them first. At first it seemed fine but I felt gross and my throat hurt after the fries. I didn't even bother with the grilled nuggets as I've had the same thing with them before. I just won't bother with Chickfila anymore.
