Grilled nuggets or grilled sandwich with a gluten free bun are my go to! Just double check the gluten free bun before eating because I’ve had one that had a little mold on it due to condensation in the package.

This is new stop for breakfast sandwiches. Buns come individually wrapped.
I’ve been here a few times since being GF, the GF bun comes in a separate sealed bag and their fries are made in a separate fryer. You have to read the ingredients on the sauce container to make sure. I haven’t reacted there And it’s the only “fast food” type restaurant i trust to eat at. But man do I miss their regular nuggets!
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
I’ve been a few times since it has opened and have never gotten sick. They keep the bun sealed in it’s package and the sandwich makings come in a separate plastic container. Their waffle fries are also made in a separate fryer. They warn of cross contamination but make every effort to avoid it
I get the southwest grilled chicken salad here all the time. I also like the grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten free bun, and have gotten the nuggets, and the eggs and hash browns, and their french fries. I get little cups of ice cream sometimes. Dedicated gluten free fryer. Never had a reaction in all the years I've been eating here. The eggs are probably the riskiest thing to eat because they make biscuits from scratch in the morning, only got them once when I was starving. A lifesaver when you need to pick up something quick to eat!

Chick-Fil-A is really the only fast food establishment I can eat at without a reaction. They have a fryer just for the fries. I always get a grilled nuggets meal with fries. It has always been fine for me but I also always let them know I am celiac and can’t have any cross contamination. I have never had a reaction at this location and only only location have I experienced a reaction and that was a location in North Carolina.

Though the corporate website has info about gluten free items and the order taker I spoke with not only understood cross contamination but has Celiac herself, I didn't feel well after eating the fries. I bought grilled chicken and fries. They fry the fries in different oil than breaded items so I tried them first. At first it seemed fine but I felt gross and my throat hurt after the fries. I didn't even bother with the grilled nuggets as I've had the same thing with them before. I just won't bother with Chickfila anymore.
