Arrived on a very large flight, and it seemed like half of us ended up at this location. This meant the staff were swamped, and quite slow. I had to repeat several times that I wanted a gluten free bun on my grilled chicken sandwich, and it took a few back-and-for the to get it through. When I received my order, I got a crispy chicken sandwich (on regular bun). After trekking back, they replaced my order. After all the hassle, I ended up sick just in time for my next flight. I would avoid if the location is very busy, since I think this led them to be rushed, error-prone, and ultimately unsafe.
GF buns at all locations, nation wide, friendly, great chicken. $1.15 xtra for bun
Didn't know what gluten was, recommended products that contained wheat, couldn't answer questions about shared fryers, and even after choosing foods that should have been gluten free, I got sick.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Probably a 3 star place but 4 because I've never gotten sick with a celiac reaction & they know how to separate allergens. Just about all their sauces are gluten free, breakfast platters minus the biscuits (but they'll sub taters which are ok), fries that have nothing else in the fryer with them, and grilled chicken nuggets that are actually seasoned really well!
Yes
I get the southwest grilled chicken salad here all the time. I also like the grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten free bun, and have gotten the nuggets, and the eggs and hash browns, and their french fries. I get little cups of ice cream sometimes. Dedicated gluten free fryer. Never had a reaction in all the years I've been eating here. The eggs are probably the riskiest thing to eat because they make biscuits from scratch in the morning, only got them once when I was starving. A lifesaver when you need to pick up something quick to eat!

Chick-Fil-A is really the only fast food establishment I can eat at without a reaction. They have a fryer just for the fries. I always get a grilled nuggets meal with fries. It has always been fine for me but I also always let them know I am celiac and can’t have any cross contamination. I have never had a reaction at this location and only only location have I experienced a reaction and that was a location in North Carolina.

Though the corporate website has info about gluten free items and the order taker I spoke with not only understood cross contamination but has Celiac herself, I didn't feel well after eating the fries. I bought grilled chicken and fries. They fry the fries in different oil than breaded items so I tried them first. At first it seemed fine but I felt gross and my throat hurt after the fries. I didn't even bother with the grilled nuggets as I've had the same thing with them before. I just won't bother with Chickfila anymore.
