The manager told me they could not recommend someone with celiacs to eat there. They can limit exposure, but they cannot completely prevent it. They said “gluten is everywhere, shared workspace”. But 5 ⭐ for their honesty and knowledge!

Food was amazing! I had a protein burger. I told them I was gluten free and they made sure all my food was made separately and was served in its own try. They were very kind and very careful.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
They switch gloves and try to make an enjoyable meal it is delicious there legendary sauce is gluten free and I absolutely love there food! I would totally Recommend to other Celiacs they do warn you that they can't guarantee that it's a gluten free kitchen but I have had no trouble I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich and they give you gluten free sesame seed burger buns that are pre packaged so they have not touched them at all. I have been gluten free for 1 year now due to full blown celiac disease if I would've continued eating gluten I would've gotten stomach cancer. (Atleast that's what I am being told) and I have yet to find a good burger or hotdogs bun that isn't rock solid. Red Robin's are soft-ish but they are still hard. Chickfila does amazing with the gluten free buns. I might just go buy a bunch of those to use for BBQ nights :D!

I get the southwest grilled chicken salad here all the time. I also like the grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten free bun, and have gotten the nuggets, and the eggs and hash browns, and their french fries. I get little cups of ice cream sometimes. Dedicated gluten free fryer. Never had a reaction in all the years I've been eating here. The eggs are probably the riskiest thing to eat because they make biscuits from scratch in the morning, only got them once when I was starving. A lifesaver when you need to pick up something quick to eat!

Chick-Fil-A is really the only fast food establishment I can eat at without a reaction. They have a fryer just for the fries. I always get a grilled nuggets meal with fries. It has always been fine for me but I also always let them know I am celiac and can’t have any cross contamination. I have never had a reaction at this location and only only location have I experienced a reaction and that was a location in North Carolina.

Though the corporate website has info about gluten free items and the order taker I spoke with not only understood cross contamination but has Celiac herself, I didn't feel well after eating the fries. I bought grilled chicken and fries. They fry the fries in different oil than breaded items so I tried them first. At first it seemed fine but I felt gross and my throat hurt after the fries. I didn't even bother with the grilled nuggets as I've had the same thing with them before. I just won't bother with Chickfila anymore.
