I’ve actually never had a reaction at this location and this is usually the location we go to when order through mobile order from Chick-Fil-A. I know in the past you were able to put a comment on mobile orders and I usually added gluten allergy, so you may have to go through the regular drive thru to let them know you have an allergy. However, I have not personally had any issues. Their fries and hash-browns are good too. 🥰

Never have a problem with cross contamination at chick-fil-a. Sometimes the grilled chicken can be a little overcooked. The gf bun is in a sealed wrapper to lower chance of cross contamination. Can use for the grilled chicken sandwiches. They also have a dedicated fryer for fries/hashbrowns, so you won't get cross contamination to those either.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Staff has taken extra steps for us. My 4 year old celiac has never gotten sick. They use a separate fryer for the French fries and she has always gotten the grilled nuggets or just fries and a fruit cup.

Grilled chicken bites and other items are gluten free!
Yes
love the place. Burger bun was served in plastic bag, Chicken club in a separate container, so I could assemble the sandwich. Cross contamination can be minimized that way.

I heard that they are celiac-friendly and wanted a quick bite on the go. This was the first time I'd gone since my diagnosis, so I went in because I was nervous about making sure it was safe for me to have it. The person who took my order had limited knowledge, maybe a recent hire. I was glad it was not very busy, and the manager took the opportunity to explain to both of us the process. Not only they have a few gf items marked on the menu, but if you tell them you have an allergy, they make sure to alert the staff, so they clean the area, utensils and change gloves before preparing the meal. They have a separate fryer for the fries, too.

They have a separate fryer at this location for their French fries, so they are celiac-safe! Tons of great GF options for fast food. When I mentioned celiac to the person taking my order she offered to relay the message and have them change gloves! Overall was treated with kindness about my allergy (which is rare in fast food) and happy to return

5-6-24 found out the grilled chicken as YEAST EXTRACT FOR THISE THAT ARE SENSITIVE TO IT!!!!
Fries and tots are designated friers…
Went to grab dinner. Ordered one meal then said, “now this order is GLUTEN FREE DUE TO ALLERGIES” gave her my order and when I pulled to window they told me, “we wiped the counter and changed gloves before prepping your gluten free meal!”
Even though they’re always busy- it’s worth the wait knowing they take it seriously!
