Fries at CFA locations are cooked in FRY FRIERS. They use canola oil for their fries and peanut oil for their fried chickens, so they ARE NOT cross contaminated in the friers. You can most likely get grilled chicken nuggets, (I get honey mustard), fries and a drink. A full meal. CFA is always my first choice for a safe meal.(I’m gluten, dairy, egg, and peanut free.)

As much as I want to say I love Chick Fil A, I’m always a little disappointed. Really, the only thing safe to eat there are the grilled nuggets and the GF bun. I have tried ordering a grilled fillet, but I received a breaded. Luckily, someone else in my house could eat it. You can order the chips from here which are gluten-free, the fruit is okay, and I’m not sure about the salads. Most of the sauces are supposed to be okay. Honestly, it’s not my first choice but it’s not my last choice. Please note that the fries are not in a dedicated fryer and will make you sick if you are sensitive to cross contamination. I also would t recommend any milkshakes since they use Oreos in one and that could also cause cross contamination. I haven’t tried personally, but I try to avoid it in general. It makes me sad that they don’t have that many options.

The staff is knowledable, red flags my order and takes kitchen procedures seriously. I have found that I must order separately from my party, dine in or take out, to prevent cc.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Chick-Fil-A is always a great option. :)
I get the southwest grilled chicken salad here all the time. I also like the grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten free bun, and have gotten the nuggets, and the eggs and hash browns, and their french fries. I get little cups of ice cream sometimes. Dedicated gluten free fryer. Never had a reaction in all the years I've been eating here. The eggs are probably the riskiest thing to eat because they make biscuits from scratch in the morning, only got them once when I was starving. A lifesaver when you need to pick up something quick to eat!

Chick-Fil-A is really the only fast food establishment I can eat at without a reaction. They have a fryer just for the fries. I always get a grilled nuggets meal with fries. It has always been fine for me but I also always let them know I am celiac and can’t have any cross contamination. I have never had a reaction at this location and only only location have I experienced a reaction and that was a location in North Carolina.

Though the corporate website has info about gluten free items and the order taker I spoke with not only understood cross contamination but has Celiac herself, I didn't feel well after eating the fries. I bought grilled chicken and fries. They fry the fries in different oil than breaded items so I tried them first. At first it seemed fine but I felt gross and my throat hurt after the fries. I didn't even bother with the grilled nuggets as I've had the same thing with them before. I just won't bother with Chickfila anymore.
