Ordered gluten free pasta with an explication to the server about my celiac and it came with a regular noodle in it.

This location is NOT celiac safe. When we came in, I talked to the server, and then also the manager. The manager assured me that there gluten free pasta with celiac safe and cooked in new water. He also assured me that he would walk back to the kitchen and talk to the chef. When my daughters gluten-free pasta came, right in the middle was a big gluten noodle. I would never trust eating here again.

Waitress, Kayla G was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and patient. She answered all my questions and recommended what I could safely eat as The Cheesecake Factory does not have a dedicated fryer or grill. They use gluten containing marinades on the grill. I ordered the 1/2 chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans. I did not get sick and will eat there again this week during my vacation. The only reason I gave The Cheesecake Factory 4 stars is because the options are very limited because of cross contamination risk. My visit was very pleasant, the food was very flavorful and the staff was excellent.
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
Good sized GF menu, and last time the waitress even had the GF bun toasted and brought out for me as bread to go with my pasta! Only one GF cheesecake, a super rich chocolate one.
I went here and explained I had celiac saying that it is a severe gluten allergy. The pasta came out and had ~10 non gluten free pasta… unfortunately didn’t notice till after I ate some

I ordered the green salsa chicken enchiladas (they are made with corn tortillas), which came with a side of rice and beans. It was delicious!

I have several allergies including gluten. I am not Coeliac but very sensitive to gluten so this is not a gluten- free kitchen. The waitress was knowledgeable and ensured my burger was prepared separately. She went through all the ingredients and advised accordingly. It was a real treat as I struggled during my holiday with my food allergies.

Not many gluten free meal options and only 3 cheesecake options. Definitely not the safest option but very good if you are willing to risk it.
