I’ve been to Capo for GF Tuesdays. The first time I felt good and was excited to go again. When I went the second time I threw up after the meal. When I went the third time I felt a little sick after as well. I don’t think I got glutened but I do think I had a bad reaction to the gf bread they bring to the table. The second time I went I had the caprese salad, the gnocchi with pork and balsamic, and the bread. I only had a half slice of the bread the third time and I didn’t feel as sick. I do feel like they take allergies seriously and are knowledgeable about celiac.
