Good pizza overall. Some options available. Ordered take out and pizzas clearly labeled as GF with sticker.

Had a good gluten free pizza! Explained to the waiter in depth about celiac and he said they would be extra cautious.

They do not have many options for gluten allergy. However I did have the sausage mushroom pizza and it was pretty good and more importantly I did not get sick. Just wish there were more choices.
Yes
This is specially for the 91-5431 Kapolei Parkway, Suite 500 Kapolei, HI 96707 CPK location: I spoke somewhat extensively with the server about the fact that I had celiac and that cross contamination seriously affects me. He assured me I was safe and that he would be sure to let the kitchen staff know and they would take all necessary precautions. I trusted him. I ordered lettuce wraps, which I’ve had at other locations and was totally fine. I also ordered the bbq chicken pizza. This was the problem. I only had one piece and took the rest to go. That night it hit me. I was on a girls weekend trip so I told myself that it could have been attributed to something else. BUT I had some left over pizza the next afternoon and within 20 minuets I knew the pizza was the culprit. It made my life pretty miserable for several days. I’ll never trust CPK again, which really bums me out because I loved their food. Just not worth it anymore.
No
The gf pizza is grainy and bland. However, the worst part is that, even though they assured me they take very careful precautions, I have been violently ill for days. My body is rejecting everything since I ate there, even fresh fruit which usually calms my system down. Maybe it's okay for people who are slightly intolerant, but it is clearly not celiac safe. I will not be dining there again.
No
Amazing pizza but even more amazing staff. So knowledgable and assured me there would be special precautions taken. Fabulous.
Went here tonight and the chicken pizza was the best I have had since Coeliacs disease 5 years ago. Thin crispy base, yum. Waiter was knowledgeable and pizza came out with a gf flag on it. Wish I had a place like this in Australia.

This was my first time eating at CPK since my Celiac diagnosis. I was pleased to find a few pizzas with the blue triangle logo, which means the preparation process is validated by the GIG (Gluten Intolerance Group). I ordered the gf bbq chicken pizza, and it came with a gluten free flag in it. It was a thin crust and was unfortunately very burnt (they were extremely busy that night), but I felt fine after eating it and enjoyed the opportunity to eat a fresh pizza for once!
