Amazing resto! Listed 21 on top 100 Canadian Restaurants. Chefs menu. Choice of 3-8 courses. Can add wine pairings. Everything can be switched out or substituted for gluten free. Bread, pasta, desserts…. Highly recommend them. As a celiac, I did not feel left out!

This is a set tasting menu fine dining experience that does an amazing job accommodating food restrictions. I let them know I was celiac when we made the reservation and they had alternate options for me in the couple courses that needed to be made differently. They do a potato flour gluten free bread that tastes like a potato pancake and was so good with the fresh made cheese. Plan to spend $150-250 per person (plus tax and tip) - if that doesn’t scare you off, then I highly recommend.

Very good food and service is incomparable. It’s all about the experience and trying new food. They don’t have a gluten free menu but are very knowledgeable about coeliac disease and will accommodate your dietary restriction upon request. Instead of removing options, they find new alternatives to their 5 or 3 service dinners.
