Asked if the wings were gluten free. Manager said yes before we cook them! I said do you cook with breaded items. She said yes. I say well they are not gluten free. She says sure they are before we cook them!!! Who wants raw wings!!!! Never go here
No
I would not recommend going here if you are sensitive! Although I has good service they informed me that basically anything in the kitchen can be cross contaminated. They said that their kitchen is not set up to accommodate that allergy. I was disappointed, but thankful that they informed me!! I did get a salad, and although I did not get sick I would not risk it if you know you are very sensitive! Good service and knowledgeable but just stay away from this one! :)
They changed the way the do things. They are telling anyone gluten free that they can't guarantee it won't get cross contaminated. They don't want gluten free customers. The want beer and wing people that are normal . I will never go back again
I went into BW3 for a Pens game and asked for gfree. They said the nachos were available. Oh was I sick!? With all of the sauces, seasonings and deep fried everything, even the salads are off limits.
If you go be sure to review the company’s nutrition guide as many items contain gluten as well as some sauces. You can’t go wrong with the cob salad. I asked that they change gloves prior to making mine since that have salads with croutons.

Make sure you double check with the location you want to dine at before going. Every location prepares their food differently. This is the only one in town that has a separate fryer for their fries. They will make the traditional wings in the fry fryer when requested. Never had an issue eating here.

Buffalo Chicken Salads are available with grilled chicken as a substitute. Fryers aren’t dedicated so options are super limited, but if you’re craving buffalo chicken like me, this will work.
Server was really great with GF precautions and double checked the bacon just in case. BWW has all their allergen and preparation info on their site, it’s very thorough as well!

I’ve never had a problem at bdubs before this time! I usually get the same thing (naked tenders with fries and medium sauce) unfortunately I decided to branch out and try the dirty dubs tots. Though on the website they claim to be gluten free I was sick as a DOG. It may have just been a bad case of cross con but I’d be careful of the tots in general. (I also noticed on the website they have a limited time baked tots that contain gluten which they may be subbing out for now)

No gluten free options in menu. Everything is prepared in shared kitchen and company will not guarantee gluten free due to cross contamination risk.
