Busy breakfast spot with nice selection of gluten free breakfast items: French toast, omelettes, hash and toast. No Gluten free pancakes or waffles. Waitress seemed knowledge and asked the kitchen when in doubt. I enjoyed a shrimp and ricotta frittata, upgraded potatoes with Brussels sprouts, onion& bacon (which they sautéed to ensure it was gluten free) and the Jurassic pork (just thick cut bacon with paprika and brown sugar). Everything was delicious and no reaction.

Good food. GF protein pancakes. We didn’t try them, but they look yummy.

Phenomenal menu breadth for celiac options. Absolutely delicious and loved that celiacs could have some of the “unique” offerings (not just scrambled egg). Server was really knowledgeable. Wish I could go every week!!

Ask for their allergen menu, it’s very detailed with every single ingredient and labels! *I did not eat here because I am on a strict AIP diet and unfortunately a lot of items have peppers and eggs, but I would have considering how much info they gave me!

We went here 2x in 3 days while visiting San Diego. We were seated immediately and drinks and food came up quickly. We found close street parking no problem on both days. We were a group of 4 and all of us liked our meal so much the first day that we already picked out what we were going to eat when we came back before we even finished eating. I'm not a huge caffeine drinker so I got half decaf Mexican Mocha (so yum!), but my brother and husband got Cocky 12 (highly concentrated caffeinated coffee over coffee ice cubes) and were enamored. I got the breakfast Sammie on gluten free bread. There are tons of gluten free options and I didn't get sick either time. The jurassic bacon was a little sweeter than I expected, but overall the sandwich was great. The 2nd time I got the gf cinnamon raisin French toast. They offer whip cream and strawberries or bananas foster. I got the Strawberries and it matched wonderfully. The raisins weren't dry and chewy they were a nice sweet juicy surprise with each bite. Staff was super attentive and friendly both times and totally understood gluten free. Highly recommend! Also bathrooms are neat.
