They are very knowledgeable. You have to let them know what your problem is and the waiters are trained, but will still double check with the chef. Last time I went the chef at this location had even separate pan in which he cooked my gluten free food. He came and check with me that everything was okay. I Love Bonefish Grill! Before there were more GF places they were the first to care and concern themselves that we had a great experience that would last and not make me regret afterwards.

We have eaten here so many times, always getting one meal strictly gluten free. It’s always delicious and has always been safe. Our go-to GF dinner is grilled salmon with lemon-butter sauce, jasmine rice & asparagus or broccoli. They understand GF well and consistently take it seriously.

Good selection of GF food. Even have desserts. I've eaten here several times and have never had a reaction.

Bonefish Grill was a very enjoyable restaurant to enjoy a meal with friends. Gluten-free menu with various options. I had grilled chicken and shrimp with mashed potatoes. Very good. The servers were very knowledgeable concerning Celiac concerns.

They have a separate gluten free menu and server was knowledgeable. I had shrimp cocktail and a salad with grilled chicken. Tasted great and I didn’t get sick afterward. (I have celiac and am sensitive).
