Dedicated fryer, gluten free items marked on the menu! I got the chicken with potatoes and asparagus and I loved it. Starters were great — feta and hummus dips, ham cheese and olives. Portions are small but getting starters made it the perfect amount of food. No reactions after so it really was gluten free and safe for celiac. Waiter knew how to handle gluten free make sure to ask
