Not my favorite food in the area, which is why I give them 4 stars, but they do great with gluten free and it's a terrific spot for a group of friends who all like different food and can't agree on something!

Lots of GF options, freshly made. Their Thai bowl is probably one of the best GF “teriyaki chicken” dishes I’ve ever had in a restaurant.

Tons of gluten free options and staff is very knowledgeable. I’ve eaten here several times without any issues.

Excellent menu with multiple gluten-free choices. Portion sizes are a little bit small… But that's all we should probably all be eating anyway. :) One of the staff people today was so completely rude and not helpful. That's why I am rating it a four star. But typically, both the food and the staff are very good. Appreciate all the selections!

Great food and organic juices.Gluten free items listed on regular menu along with paleo, dairy-free, vegan, and vegetarian.

Nice varied menu. Well laid out and clear for many allergens and eating preferences. Ordered a stir fry bowl and my husband ordered buffalo chicken salad. Mine was tasty (little salty) and he said his was great (chicken not fried!) and would order again. Appreciate a restaurant that is focused on veggies and fresh ingredients. Also nice vibe in the restaurant.
I am not celiac so didn’t ask about safety but based on their menu I assume it’s good.

They have icons on the menu for vegetarian, vegan, paleo, gluten free, and dairy free. You order at the counter, which gives you a chance to explain allergies. I told the cashier that I had a “gluten allergy” and she nodded and hit some keys. Not sure if this was actually communicated to the kitchen but food was great. I had the A la Mexicana bowl which was marked both Gf and DF. I would eat here again due to the number of dishes available.

Menu clearly marked, ability to make notes on each item in online order for pandemic pickup
There were quite a few choices, including the flatbreads (which my friend thought was excellent). The veggies in the beef bowl were well-seasoned, and I really liked the cooked zucchini and squash. The “antioxy” smoothie was only ok, though, too sour for me.
