We eat here fairly frequently. We always ask the employees to wash their hands and change gloves. Most ingredients are GF, except the tortillas, so the kids get corn shell tacos and my husband and I get bowls. Avoid the cheese and lettuce if you are celiac or very sensitive - cheese and lettuce are the two ingredients where employees use their hands instead of a utensils. On occasion we’ve had to ask an employee to wash their hands twice, when they forgot and touched someone else order while in the midst of fulfilling ours.

I’ve eaten everything on the menu but never the shredded cheese or lettuce since they use their gloves (cross-contamination) to scoop it out. Nice to have a quick place to grab a bite to eat.

First time eating out after doctors visit confirming celiac's! Mentioned it to food prepper, they immediately covered all items containing gluten, washed hands, changed gloves, and got a sheet of aluminum foil to prepare my daughters meal on! Used seperate spoons, and then manager gave us one of our lunches free of charge! Most amazing experience when our minds were quite frazzled!!!

Most everything on the menu is gluten free already, which is nice. However the corn tortillas made me sick, cross contamination?

When I told them my son had Celiac and couldn't have any gluten they were awesome. 2 of the line workers stopped, removed their gloves, scrubbed their hands and forearms, put new gloves on and proceeded to make my sons order. Used tin foil to wrap the corn tortillas in to heat up, nothing ever touched the counter or anything where cross contamination could happen. They truly were great about it. I only gave it a 4 star though cause one girl at the register was not very happy about the hold up it caused. But as far as the precautions they get 5 stars.

The burrito bowls are always a safe bet.I have celiac and have not had any issues eating there.

😭🥰 I just had the best experience here! I felt a little anxious as it was the peak of lunch time, but the line was incredible! They took out the utensils, cleaned the bar, and were gracious. The food it delicious! I made sure to tell the manager how great her staff was. I’ll be back.

Stopped here for lunch while traveling through the area. I asked the first person to change their gloves. They didn’t understand, but another employee helped explain. I had to ask the next employee down the line let the first person continue to add the toppings. There was much confusion about this. I guess it was ok in the end because I didn’t get sick. But I wouldn’t recommend this location. The rice tasted different and they were completely out of ice. Warm soda topped off a pretty frustrating experience.

Of the local locations it’s the best. But still not great. They’ll take the precautions as needed. But, and fully understanding why, at lunch rush you’ll have to wait and they’ll be obviously upset. And the drive thru/ online order is always cross contaminated.

Ordered online which might have been a mistake. They have the option to select and allergy and I was careful with my ordering and making notes, but still got sick.
