Safe’ish pizza but no dedicated fryer
I stopped in based on someone else review about the fryer that’s either has changed but is false information now sadly
They talked to me at length about how safely they can cook GF pizza but with the flour CC decided not to take a chance

This restaurant is always great for celiacs! I requested that the kitchen will change gloves/prevent cross contamination when making my pizza and the waiter told me that he was gonna tell the kitchen that even if I didn’t ask. The pizza was delicious too! Highly recommended

Super easy, always safe, clearly labeled GF certified and reviewed by the manager. They always have my pickup orders ready very quickly too! This is my go-to when I can’t figure out what to do for dinner.

Yes
Very good pizza. The staff took incredible precautions to ensure no cross contamination.

Very good specialty pizza. Staff knowledgeable. Manager brought gf pizza out separately. Felt very safe and felt great after.

Best GF pizza crust I've ever had! Certified, too
Yes
Very tasty GF crust. We need to eat dairy-free as well; they don't have dairy-free cheese, but were happy to take what we brought and use it for the pizza. Limited choices for toppings; this isn't the kind of pizzeria where you just select toppings from a list of 20. Instead they have specific selections and combinations available, and only a small number of those are certified GF, though others are probably OK for those who aren't overly sensitive.
Yes
They have a dedicated space and dedicated toppings for gluten free pizzas. The crust is a little better than typical gluten free crust. The toppings are pretty good as well. Doesn't even come close to gluten free pizza in Rome but it will satisfy a craving in a pinch.
Yes
GF pizza was ok. Service was very slow as we were there towards the end of the night.
Great experience for a celiac diner. Dedicated area for gluten free pizzas and separate ingredients just used for GF pizzas. The staff were very friendly and clearly explained their procedures for preventing cross-contamination to me when I asked. The manager brought my meal out personally. Their GF pizza area and ingredients are certified by the Gluten Intolerance Group, which is also noted on their GF menu. Not a huge selection of GF pizzas or the best GF crust I've ever had but a safe/easy dining experience definitely makes up for that!
Yes
Pizzas from the gluten-free menu are made in a very dedicated kitchen space. Truly gluten-free. Good pizza.
Pizza was decent GF. Order was brought separately from kitchen by manager.

Very tasty gluten free crust and salad
Yes
Pretty decent gf pizza. Not up there with Naked Pizza or Ledos but also not nasty like Z pizza. At least they finally have a crust we can eat.
I tried the gluten free pizza and it was very good. Z Pizza is my favorite GF pizza crust, but I think CPK's is even better than theirs.
Yes
CPK has a bunch of salads that are gluten free. They are trained in cross contamination and I have never had a problem eating here! I haven't tried it yet but I have seen a few advertisements for gf pizza at cpk now (jan 2014). My fav salad is the Cobb!
Went here tonight and the chicken pizza was the best I have had since Coeliacs disease 5 years ago. Thin crispy base, yum. Waiter was knowledgeable and pizza came out with a gf flag on it. Wish I had a place like this in Australia.

This was my first time eating at CPK since my Celiac diagnosis. I was pleased to find a few pizzas with the blue triangle logo, which means the preparation process is validated by the GIG (Gluten Intolerance Group). I ordered the gf bbq chicken pizza, and it came with a gluten free flag in it. It was a thin crust and was unfortunately very burnt (they were extremely busy that night), but I felt fine after eating it and enjoyed the opportunity to eat a fresh pizza for once!
