ZAAP Kitchen Lao & Thai Street Eats

ZAAP was close to our AirBnb and we’ve had good experiences with Thai food in the past. Before deciding to try it, we called and learned what would be safe. There were sufficient choices and planned our meal to be all GF. We tried Tom Kha, lettuce rolls, green papaya salad, red and green curry, drunken noodles, a coconut mango rice desert and GF ice cream sandwich - peanut butter chocolate ice cream. No intolerance reaction. Thai style green papaya salad was different from prior experience, but everything was tasty. Drunken noodles and green curry were outstanding.
