They have a separate GF menu, you just need to ask for it! The fryer is NOT a dedicated GF fryer!!!!!! I had a burger on a GF bun with a side salad. It was okay, nothing special, but I didn’t get sick.

They have gluten free buns! However I do not think they have a dedicated fryer. I had a breakfast sandwich and tots. It was very good and No stomach discomfort but that’s a hit or miss for me. I have a gluten intolerance and most of the time I have no issue with cross contamination. If you have celiac you may want to avoid.
They did not have a gluten free menu when we were there. Had to go out of security and back in to get there. Staff was not helpful about GF.
This restaurant is in Terminal D and we were extremely happy to find it before our flight. They have a GF menu and My husband had several options. He had a plate with eggs, sausage, and tater tots. He experienced mild stomach discomfort and it occurred to us that we didn't ask about the fryer. The food was good.
Very small GF menu and make sure you ask questions and double check your food. There are probably 10 items incluslding salads on the GF menu. I got the chicken sandwich with a GF bun and broccoli. Overall, everything was dry, rubbery, and flavorless. No dedicated frier. Your side options are broccoli or slaw.
When ordering, the waiter said I will get the gluten bun, I again clarified that it needs to be the gluten free bun ($2 upcharge). Later I asked for ranch to dip the sandwich in since it was dry, and I was told the ranch has buttermilk in it, and it again took a long time for the waiter to come back and confirm that it was GF. I do not have a dairy allergy.
For $15 I expected more. The whole dinner party was not impressed with the food quality or proportions for the price.
Be sure to ask lots of questions. For a restaurant that has a GF menu, it was obvious that their staff is not trained in what Gluten is.

Usually I would say they’re very allergy conscious but my boyfriend just picked us up takeout from there and got home to find out they did not give me a gluten free bun and now I can’t eat it. They do have a gluten free menu and things are marked, but definitely double check and be wary of cross contamination because I worked here for two years and I can promise you they don’t have a gluten free fryer like it says in another review.
The food is delicious and if you stress your allergy they will be careful, but definitely double check when you get your food and when you order.

No dedicated gluten free menu at this location. Waiter was very knowledgeable. He was able to confirm wings (with except of honey old bay and Thai sauces) were GF. He also confirmed the crab dip and fries were GF. The burgers are GF if ordered without a bun. While the selection was slim. The food was excellent and the staff very informed.

Seemed safe enough, but they did not have many food options, so we actually didn’t stay.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I called ahead to see if they had a gluten free menu, which they do, and the bartender I spoke with said she is also gluten free and walked me through their safety practices. When I got there that night the entire restaurant, from the host to the server to the kitchen staff, was aware I was coming in and checked in with me at every stage of the meal. My burger was cooked in a separate pan and it was delicious!! I was blown away by how knowledgeable, thoughtful and understanding the entire team was! I will be back again and again!!
