Ordered from here several times - the wings and the chicken tenders with fries and never had an issue!

Hey, I am largely asymptomatic so I wouldn't know if I was cross-contaminated, but I was eating here for a while until I looked into their menu and inquired about their fryers. If you ask the location they'll tell you that they cook their fries in the same frier as their churros and the vegan tenders (that have gluten in them) in the same frier as the other tenders.
After hearing this I can't say that this place is gluten-free, which sucks because it was the only place you can get good "gluten-free" chicken tenders.

Delicious GF chicken. The original flavor & truffle flavor are GF & are fried in a dedicated fryer. I preferred the regular fried chicken over the truffle flavor. I’m sensitive & had no reaction. We’ll be back!

We read the reviews and were very hopeful. We stopped in and the guy at the counter said that they are gluten friendly but not gluten free. He showed us the laminated page for employees which literally says what is safe for people with Celiac Disease, which I thought was cool but it was so hard to understand that I can't believe workers understand it. For sure the only thing that is POSSIBLY safe is the chicken which is supposed to be in a dedicated fryer. Fries and other things are fried in a cross contaminated fryer and not Celiac safe. In the end, our hopes were dashed and we left hungry. :(

All right here about a week ago. ALL of their fried chicken and their fries are gluten-free. Coming from a celiac who hasn’t had “real” fried chicken in years, it was so satisfying to go here, have some bomb-ass food and not get sick

So so happy. Their chicken is 15/10. Just absolutely delicious and perfectly crunchy. Almost impossible to Tell it’s gf. Fries are amazing. Customer service was great. Symptomatic celiac, no symptoms after eating. Only issue is that we were confused because we couldn’t tell if the entire place is GF or just some Items. The employee said he didn’t know. It was a bit stressful Because it was not too clear. But we stuck to the slaw. Fries. And chicken tenders Nashville hot and regular. Wanted to get the Thai wings but had no clarity if they are gf or not. Same w the salads. Kinda stressful but what we got was BOMB AF

Read their website. They say they are gluten free because they test their fryers and they have less than the required amount by FDA standards. This place is full of cross contamination. If you are GF do not believe their labeling.

This location opened recently. Lots of gluten free options clearly marked on the menu- we didn’t see them on the online ordering. The cashier was very knowledgeable and wasn’t afraid to offer to double check if she wasn’t sure. We got the 3 piece classic box- 3 incredibly crunchy chicken tenders (rice flour), fries, and a cold slaw with kale and carrots. You can get all fries or all slaw if you prefer. Comes with 2 dipping sauces- we got honey mustard and Greek yogurt ranch. They did accidentally give me a hoisin aioli- I didn’t risk it. I got the pineapple limeade and it was yummy-just enough tart- I usually just drink water or plain iced tea, so this was a treat! We watched them make a lettuce wrap sandwich- she wiped down the workspace and used romaine leaves- was a large sandwich. Receipt was marked gluten allergy. Im super new to all of this and very anxious to eat outside of my home. There’s a few deals- if you download their app- you can collect points. Or there’s a discount code through yelp. Parking was easy in garage. We were there about 2pm on a Thursday and the place was hoping! I can’t imagine what dinner time or the weekend will look like. Food took awhile to come out, so we had it to go. Will definitely be back!

Really really good! No, it’s not exactly the same but as someone quite new to GF (to still remember all the gluten goodness), I was rather impressed and would happily eat here even if I had a magic fix.
Very clear info on their menu and while they’re transparent about it not being a GF kitchen, that goes a long to having confidence for me. That most of their products are GF helps too.

I ordered the gluten-free chicken tenders and french fries and I was gluten. I asked the employee about cross contamination and he said I would be fine! I called when my symptoms started and they said the French fries are NO longer gluten free….
