Excellent brunch place. Many options and the BEST gf pancakes I’ve ever tasted. Light, fluffy and different flavors. The blueberry crumble & pineapple upside down pancakes were my favorites! Worth a 2hr drive for me.

This makes me so sad to review. Snooze has been my go to breakfast place for 10 years. First in Fort Collins, then Scottsdale and now Charlotte. Yesterday I had my regular egg whites and veggies with chicken sausage. I always share a pancake flight with my son who also has to eat GF. It came out labeled GF. I got sick and it was an ugly sick. This was not cross contamination. This was ingestion. I wish people who prepared food understood how sick we get when food is mishandled/ labeled. We trust you all to be GF when you say you are.

This place can have the 1 star only because the manager or asst manager came to the table. Honestly was so pissed I don't recall his name but think it was Daniel. To start the waitress was rude and snarky as hell. I have Celiacs therefore I must eat gluten free. She could not provide any definitive answers to my questions on how it's prepared, whats in it etc. I lost faith right there with this place. I asked for the toast on the side and said because obviously I cannot eat it but my friend would. Took forever for the food to come and when it did the toast was on top of everything! Told the other server about not being able to eat and why (I get deathly ill for near 2 weeks and bed ridden most of it). Again, faith is beyond completely lost. But she went back to get me new food. Abt 15 min or so later the very nice management came out and said they were taking great caution on my food. I however was not even close to feeling comfortable and expressed so. I'd just take it to go and give to my bf or mother. He was very polite and extremely apologetic plus took it off our bill. But I don't still feel safe and no one will eat it now because they said it looks beyond subpar and lost faith it would taste half decent. (Soggiest crispy hashbrowns ever btw). It's difficult eating out at a lot of places with my diet restrictions as it is. It's for health reasons not a fad diet. But I won't ever reccomend this place to anyone no matter how they have to eat.

WOW!!!!! The GF pancakes are amazing! I’ve had both the pineapple & the blueberry & they’re both Amazing!! We also had the corn beef hash with GF toast & it was just as delicious. It is a very allergy friendly restaurant & all I had to do was ask for GF & they accommodated. They get very busy but we still had great service. It’s my new favorite breakfast spot.

I have had good experiences here each time. Pretty much everything can be made gluten free, and they do have a separate griddle for the gf pancakes. GF food comes marked.

Went here for gluten free pancakes. Waitress verified that it would be gluten free. Half-way into GF chocolate chip pancakes my daughter ran to the bathroom and threw up and has been sick all day. Cannot recommend this place.

I am diabetic and have celiac disease…. Ordered 3 eggs pulled pork chorizo and one gluten free pancake… everything delicious and the pancake was tasty… the syrup portion they gave was amazing … maybe a tablespoon…. I only used a teaspoon and it did not spike me …. Coffee was good and I sat at the bar….

All I can say is wow. We really enjoyed our brunch here. There are SO many GF selections, it’s hard to make up your mind! If you like pancakes, this is your place. They make several different succulent varieties, and you can order a flight to try one of each. But these pancakes are enormous, about an inch thick and at least 7” around, so you may be taking some home. It was so enjoyable to have options. Usually there only a few items to choose from on a menu, so to have this much almost seemed overwhelming. Check out their menu before arriving so you have a chance to make your choices with time to peruse the choices! I had a white chocolate raspberry pancake with some kind of creamy topping which was a special that day. Outstanding!
