Smash burger has been a reliable go-to for years. They have always changed gloves for me, cleaned the cooking surface, and made all kitchen staff aware of my Celiac "allergy". Fryer was solely for gluten free food. Yeah, french fries!! Unfortunately, I will no longer be going here as the chain has decided to serve breaded chicken wings. Can still get a bunned burger, but it won't be the same without fries. Ugh.

This place is celiac friendly is because there are gluten-free buns and in a dedicated fryer for gluten-free french fries :)

Had a burger and smash fries. pretty good!
Staff very knowledgeable front staff went to back to help make order to make sure it was done right. Dedicated gf fryer. And a spot on the grill to toast gf buns where no regular buns go.

Some of the staff members didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the menu, I was able to get a gf bun and the fries had a dedicated fryer. All in all it’s ok in a pinch but there is better in the area

Very tasty burgers with gluten free buns - as noted, it is a $2 up charge which I don’t love, but grateful to have a gf option. The fries and smash tots with rosemary and garlic are also gf and delish! They were very helpful with our order.

Good burger and safe fries. I think a $2 upcharge for the gf bun is absurd but what can you do? They also have dairy-free shakes that are very good although a little unusual.
