I went to Shake shack at 975 Wharf St SW, Washington DC Advertised they had gluten-free bun on the menu board… it wasn’t on the receipt nor Did the women who took my order get any of it right

I tried this and did not get sick. The burger tasted great as a lettuce wrap. They do not have dedicated dryers so I only had the burger.

I haven't at this restaurant but adding it for next mall visit.

Gluten allergy stickers were used but didn’t amount to much, girlfriend got glutened and became very unwell on a cross-Atlantic flight. We were told there was a separate fryer for fries but suspect there was not…

I ordered at the kiosk. It wouldn’t read the chips on any of my credit or debit cards. I tried the card that pays by tapping. Still didn’t work. I tried to flag down one of the multiple workers standing around in the back to no avail. I walked out hungry.

Very sensitive to cross contamination and have never had issues here! Wish I could eat the fries (no dedicated fryer) but the burgers are solid.
