Shake Shack

Throughout the years I have had Celiac, I have always been able to eat Shake Shack. They can make the Shack burgers gluten free as long as you ask them to make it on a gluten free bun and specify gluten and/or wheat allergies. I have eaten there countless times and have never gotten sick. I got the ShackBurger double patty with pickles. (The other food in the picture is not gluten free, as it is not mine)

Absolutely not an option. Chaos, gf Burger and regular Burger in the same bag, not protected at all. After my complaints they did the gf Burger again, but no trust at all. Cross contamination highly possible.

Gluten allergy stickers were used but didn’t amount to much, girlfriend got glutened and became very unwell on a cross-Atlantic flight. We were told there was a separate fryer for fries but suspect there was not…

I ordered at the kiosk. It wouldn’t read the chips on any of my credit or debit cards. I tried the card that pays by tapping. Still didn’t work. I tried to flag down one of the multiple workers standing around in the back to no avail. I walked out hungry.

No gluten free buns but they do a lettuce wrap.

Very sensitive to cross contamination and have never had issues here! Wish I could eat the fries (no dedicated fryer) but the burgers are solid.
