Saltgrass has a good gluten-free menu; the servers and kitchen are very familiar with celiac disease. I have never had an issue eating there safely. They even bring me a delicious, warm gluten-free roll if I want it!

I always get nervous about chain restaurants that consider themselves gluten-free...but I've eaten here twice and haven't gotten sick. Make sure you discuss everything you order with your server, and even call the manager over...my second time going my server was unaware the fryer was not gluten-free. Delicious hamburgers!

Separate Gf menu. Waitress said she needed to ok our gf order with the manager for safety, I liked the added layer of protection.

Server was very consciences and when he brought out gluten free bread ( a bun) he didn’t bring butter trying to be extra careful. They had a gluten sensitive menu and bread. Had a wonderful meal and didn’t get sick.

My daughter had a great experience at this restaurant. The gluten free bread was delicious & they had a separate menu with a wide variety of glúten free dishes.We will go back there for sure.
