Waitress was very knowledgeable about what I could safely eat! I had edamame, Aspen Roll, and Philly Roll. Was very happy they had GF soy sauce. Did not get sick after eating here.

No gluten free menu, but our host and wait staff were super helpful to explain the accommodation they can make to make sushi gluten free. Also have San-J’a Tamari gf soy sauce in the bottle. Here’s what they suggested:- real crab over imitation crab- no eel sauce- anything fried could be made with gf Japanese pankoWould highly recommend.
