Ordered online and called first. The meats and sauces are gf except pulled pork I believe and most the sides except creamed corn and chile stew. Would want to check out the breakfast but the allergen menu lists them all with gluten, maybe they use flour tortillas. Everything was excellent.

The person taking my order was attentive and was able to say what was safe and what wasn't. They produced a list of what food DID contain gluten. Meat preparation and gluten containing food appeared to be separate. My concern with cross contamination was slight, but was reduced by the attentiveness of the person taking my order. Overall, it seems safe for diners with celiac.

Good food. I also don't do dairy so we always get turkey, lean brisket and plain baked potatoes. The sauce is safe and so we either do that or add our own sauce at home. Do not get sausage, baked beans or pulled pork for sure.
Love eating here. Meat is never handled with anything but utensils only used on the meat, so low chance of CC. Should be aware that the pulled pork is not GF...
Yes
Great BQ Brisket! I had no issues eating there, and the sauces are gluten free too.
Yes
I think I got glutened here. I ate ribs and the sauce taking the lid off and pouring it to avoid cc- around 7, then I woke up at 1am puking. Not sure if the meat was undercooked or what, but my stomach definitely was queasy pretty bad the next morning.

Great food. Never had a reaction.

I've eaten here several times with no issues. I've stuck to the meats and been just fine. Delicious BBQ and friendly service. Their sauces are GF as well.
Yes
Great service , they have lots of gf options and a complete allergen list. I have lots of allergies besides celiac and I ate there safely. Good food.
Yes
Eaten there several time but without the sauce too scared to try but their meat are awesome yes even without the sauce :)
I have eaten here many times and not had any problems with cross contamination. Good Food !!!
No gluten in the BBQ sauce! Rudy's hands out bread slices from the bag on request, and the bags of bread are at the register, not in the food-prep area. Cobbler is the only other thing with wheat in it. With so few wheat items in the kitchen, that really cuts down on cross-contamination potential.
Incredible. Told them I had celiac disease and they took great care of me. Amazing service, even better food.

Well worth standing in line. Celiac - did not get glutened. Amazing brisket. Told them celiac and needed to be gluten free. We had a newer employee but another came over and helped and brought out an extra GF/allergy menu. They also changed gloves. Ordered brisket and jalapenos sausage along with cole slaw. Both sauces we used, original and sissy, were gluten free. No GF bread option (and they do not have corn bread on their menu at all). Most meats GF except pulled pork.

I ordered the potato salad and ribs, which should have been okay according to their website allergen menu. I did let the line cook know that I was gluten free but forgot to ask if he changed his gloves. While the food was delicious, I’ve been sick for 24 hours. I might would return but would definitely be more specific in avoiding cross contamination.

I enjoyed this, I’m vegetarian so it’s hard to say. However I was advised the majority of the meat is gluten free. They will do clean chopping boards, knives and gloves if needed. I personally had a baked potato with coleslaw, I also tried the potato salad. It was delicious

Wasn’t terribly hungry so just requested two slices of the turkey breast and a small container of their coleslaw, both were indicated as gluten free. I did not feel good the next day, mild symptoms of being glutened. I believe there was some cross-contamination.
