I always get a burger and fries so I can't evaluate all the food. But I can tell you, the burgers are always juicy and delicious, and the gf bun is very soft and fresh. The bottomless fries are also gf, and perfect! This is my go-to burger place.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable at this Garland, TX location. Last week, the dedicated GF fryer was broken, and I appreciated the fact that every staff member had been notified—even the hostess. We opted to come back a week later because we love the bottomless GF fries. Today, the dedicated GF fryer was working again. Also, the seasoning for the fries is now labeled GF. We love the GF buns and the burgers! We have 3 Celiacs in our family. We eat here often and have never gotten sick.

Both our server and the manager were knowledgeable about the menu and the kitchen procedures. The manager came out and explained how they treat gluten-free orders in the kitchen (separate utensils, etc.). They were very careful with my order and very attentive. They don't have a gluten-free menu printed but will bring you an iPad so you can view the menu online. Steak fries are fried in a dedicated fryer! Score!

Wonderful experience! The bun tasted great and they have a separate frier for the fries. I was able to order and enjoy a burger and fries like everyone else at my table. When the rest of my family (not GF) ordered an app, our waitress automatically pointed out that it was not GF, which we already knew but was great for her to advise anyway. Then when she brought it out she brought some fresh fries for me to have something before our meal arrived. Very thoughtful.

The gluten-free bun tastes great and they also do lettuce-wrapped on any sandwich (same goes for the gluten free bun). They have a specific frier just for people with gluten problems. Just great food and service all the way around :)

Has Gluten free buns but I prefer the burger in lettuce. Make sure if you get fries to specify no seasoning. As is typical, wait staff doesn't understand gluten free. Ask for their gluten free menu when you go in.

Really good lunch ! I got the cheeseburger with a gluten free bun and allergy fries, with are fried in a separate fryer. Definitely recommend and the food was delicious, my waitress was very nice and knowledgeable of celiac’s disease.

when i mentioned i had celiac disease our waitress mentioned that she did too!! i was nervous coming here but that eased my anxiety. she helped me figure out the online interactive allergy menu, and made sure my fries all came from the gf fryer. they offer gluten free buns but i just got a lettuce wrap. fry sauce is not gluten free which was sad but she brought me mayo and ketchup. food came out marked with a purple pin- waitress mentioned they have purple pins, purple gloves, and purple knives and equipment to remind them while prepping food! burgers are made on the same grill but she stated they clean the grill well when things are ordered gf. i had no issues afterwords!!

I’ve been here multiple times and their burgers are always amazing. I haven’t had a better burger, and I have been trying to make a burger like Red Robin for years, and have never made it so good. Would highly recommend the reds double, they have separate fryers and gluten free buns.
