Simple atmosphere but incredible food.
I have EOE, and ordered the garlic edamame and a miso ramen w/ tofu (the chashu a.k.a pork is marinaded with soy sauce, so that’s out), and with gluten-free noodles. All of it tasted SO GOOD, and I did not have a gluten reaction at all.
Server was knowledgeable about gluten-free options, and 2 out of the 3 broth options are gluten-free (not Shoyu).
