— Not Much/None

They do not have a dedicated gluten free menu but they are very knowledgable about cross contamination and their gluten free items. The woman explained to me that their starters have cross contamination, their fries have a flour coating, and they do not have gluten free buns. But: their grilled meats (chicken/hamburger) are gluten free with a lettuce wrap and their salads are able to be prepared gluten free. Good food and no reaction 👍🏻

Very knowledgeable about gluten. I think they said the chef or the owner has celiac so they are hyper aware.
