We have gone here for years and never had an issue. Recently we went there with our celiac daughter. She got the gluten free fried rice and the gluten free spicy chicken. We specified with the waitress how serious her gluten issue was. Unfortunately she was still glutened and sick for two weeks. Beware, celiacs, this Pf Chang is not at the top of their gf game.

This used to be a go to for our family, however that last two visits have resulted in me becoming incredibly sick shortly after. As we’ve been many times, I thought I’d give it another shot. Something must have unfortunately changed in the kitchen. Disappointed :(

I have eaten here (and other locations) several times since my celiac diagnosis. I am a pescatarian and the only options available on the gluten free menu have meet. In the past, they would cook a tofu dish for me, but they will no longer do so, claiming the tofu has gluten (and the kind that doesn't have gluten is one they say the check cannot cook with). I don't even know what that means! In any event, if you do not eat meat, there is truly nothing on the menu.

Always my goto restaurant. The Mongolian beef is my favorite. Too bad the fortune cookies are gluten.

We've been here a dozen or so times and never had an issue with gluten contamination. We had one near miss but our server snagged the plate before it hit our table. (ALL GF food should come out on a special plate without the usual PF chang's logo on it so it can be IDed by anyone after it leaves the kitchen--in our case our waitress saw that the food runner was about to drop a normal PF Chang's plate on our table and she rushed over and sent it back. She even comp'ed us part of the bill.) Our servers have always been knowledgeable and accommodating. We always get the Mongolian Beef--it really scratches an itch for those of us who can't eat at most Chinese restaurants! The street noodles are another favorite.

Got so sick here. Don't eat here if you have an allergy or celiac.

Was excited to see that they have a GF menu, but still got MAJOR gluten poisoning. Found out from a fellow celiac that this is a common problem at P.F. Chang's restaurants!!

Not safe. I have eaten here about five times and have gotten sick 3 out of the 5 i don't know if it's just that this location isnt knowledgeable or what but I definitely wouldn't risk it

They have a completely dedicated gluten-free kitchen, I was diagnosed about a year ago with celiac and have been craving Chinese food ever since. I almost cried when I ordered I was so excited

Great GF options from appetizers to beer to dessert.
Some of the best Chinese food I ever had. And they have a separate dedicated Gluten Free kitchen!
Favorite place to eat out because of their GF dedicated menu. I can have a full dinner, beer, soup to desert. Very smart of PF Changs!

This was my first time at a P.F. Chang’s. I ordered the spicy chicken dish (sorry, can’t remember its exact name) with white rice. I asked the waitress if they use a separate fryer for gf, and she assured me they do. My food came out on a red-rimmed plate, indicating it is gf. It was delicious and I felt fine after eating it.

If you are dairy free as well, this location is not for you. Didn’t realize until we were there that they use a milk powder on all their meats so the only thing I could safely eat gf/df was the pad Thai. It was fine, but not something I usually eat there and my stomach did bother me afterwards.
