They have a lot of GF items marked on their menu but the staff did not seem very knowledgeable about cross contamination. I ordered the pad Thai and it came out with crunchy onions on it which made me worry about them being made in a shared fryer. The server went and checked with the chef and they said they weren’t made in a shared fryer … but I still felt very iffy about the whole thing. I ended up being okay symptom wise but I didn’t feel very safe ordering here. Wouldn’t be my A choice but if you are someone with gluten intolerance and not celiac, this place would be fine for you.

This was my first time at a P.F. Chang’s. I ordered the spicy chicken dish (sorry, can’t remember its exact name) with white rice. I asked the waitress if they use a separate fryer for gf, and she assured me they do. My food came out on a red-rimmed plate, indicating it is gf. It was delicious and I felt fine after eating it.

If you are dairy free as well, this location is not for you. Didn’t realize until we were there that they use a milk powder on all their meats so the only thing I could safely eat gf/df was the pad Thai. It was fine, but not something I usually eat there and my stomach did bother me afterwards.
