Tapioca was good and huge! Since it’s normally made with tapioca starch, it’s gluten free. But security to cross contamination is not given, since the kitchen is small and non gluten free products are available.

Cheese bread and tapioca dishes are GF.

Tapioca savoury dishes were huge, did us for breakfast and lunch. We tried the egg and cheese and the chicken and cheese options.

Brigadeiros (small chocolate truffles) are also GF
