I found this restaurant to be gluten friendly. The staff was well aware of cross contamination and assured me the kitchen takes it seriously. We have gone twice without any issues. We had the Belgian waffles and Huevos Burrito.
There are many items not marked gluten free that can be substituted to be gluten free.

Have been to 2 other locations of OEB in Canada with great experiences so we thought we would try this one. Went this morning. Hostess has no idea if they offered GF options, but said the server would know more. The server admitted that they did. It know what would be safe, but would check with the chef to see what the safest options were. I overheard that entire conversation- the server saying it was Celiac so a gluten allergy and that I was concerned with cross contamination and asked what he recommended. I saw the chef look confused and there was a lot of shrugging during the conversation. They then went to confer with another server. Came back to me and recommended waffles and a wrap.
Given the lack of knowledge of the chef, we decided to leave and not chance it. Ended up at First Watch on Frank Lloyd Wright and had a great breakfast.

Gluten free Belgian waffles and knowledgeable chef and servers! Great about cross contamination if you are clear about your needs as they can accomodate!

Excellent celiac safe brunch option! The servers are very knowledgeable and they seem to have protocols in place to avoid cross contamination. Server went out of her way to double check that my gf toast would be made in a separate toaster. Lots of menu items marked gf.

Extremely accommodating! As long as you reiterate you have Celiac Disease, I have full confidence that you can have a safe meal here (just don’t get anything that goes in the toaster - see below) hence the full hearts for safety. All of their meats (bacon, ham, sausage) are gluten free. I got their classic breakfast a few times (travelling) and each time got it with the gluten-free potatoes (no dedicated fryer) and instead of toast subbed for their greens. The food was SO mouthwateringly delicious - a spectacular brunch spot. Be aware that they said the gluten free toast goes in the same toaster as the regular toast, so I thought that was a Celiac no-no (cross-contamination) and avoided - same goes for their English muffins so they said beware of the eggs Benedicts for that reason.

A great experience! The server confirmed the staff are knowledgeable about cross contamination. He confirmed what I could have on the menu: their waffle has its own designated waffle maker and they have oven roasted potatoes that are gluten free (since their regular potatoes have flour) He advised not to do anything fried since it’s shared. But could even create a gluten free pancake. It was an excellent breakfast!
