They keep GF pizza separate and I’ve never had any issues! The crust is not my favorite compared to other places

I love them! They have a dedicated area to make gluten free pizzas and are careful with ingredient cross contamination.

For example, I asked about getting the buffalo chicken pizza but they mentioned that the chicken and dough are stored closely and may be at risk of cross contamination so instead I had the Kosmic Karma. Delicious and no reaction!

I have eaten here several times and have not gotten sick

The gf pizza is a little gross to me , esp bc I got it with the dairy free cheese. Not so good.

I only ate here once, ordered their gluten free pizza, then waited over an hour for it. When it was finally served, it tasted like doughy cardboard and even though I ate very little I got extremely sick. I won't eat there again. There are enough good gf pizza places around, I don't need to risk getting sick again.

GF pizzas taste good, are cheap, and safe for celiacs, like me. I have been eating there for almost 2 years and never got sick. Recommended.

Was excited to try this GF pizza. The salad was great but the pizza made me deathly ill. I got better and the next day ate some cold and got deathlier ill.

Both of my girls were sick within 20 minutes of their first bite of pizza.

Food is excellent and handled safely. They have a dedicated area and oven for pizzas and other GF items. I have eaten here multiple times and ordered catering for work events. Always great. Service is excellent also and very helpful with ordering if you need it.

The gluten free pizza crust is not good..Great toppings and safe.

Very impressed with how they deal with GF requirements. We stopped in mid-afternoon just to confirm they had a gluten free menu, to help us decide whether to have dinner there. The hostess asked if we needed GF for celiac or just preference, then explained in detail how they do GF, which was impressive, as they have a separate kitchen area for GF and specific safety practices. Four of the 10-12 pizzas just come GF, but all the pizzas can be made GF. Later at dinner, we had an enthusiastic server who was eager (Dylan) who very specifically explained the GF practices again, answered our questions, expressed enthusiasm for this outlet and all the other Mellow Mushroom outlets for their dedication to GF needs. He also made suggestions for other GF-favorable restaurants in the area, and since Virginia Beach is a tourist area with a lot of visitors, we very much appreciated the info! We will look for Mellow Mushrooms when we crave GF pizza! Highly recommend.

Got their mushroom truffle pizza GF. They take extra precaution to cook GF pizza. It was delicious. We also had the spinach dip app by substituting the bread for veggies. Overall great options and felt fine after eating.
