Always wipe down equipment, change gloves, and use specific trays and tools to make sure no cross contamination occurs! They also have a separate squeeze mayo they use instead of putting the knife in an already touched one. Very nice

I usually hate Udi’s, but it works quite well on their subs. I’ve eaten three subs from here so far and didn’t get sick. Friendly people :)

Very friendly staff, they were extremely careful, and definitely delicious. I get sick off the smallest cross contamination and so far so good at this place.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

They have gluten-free buns now (they're UDI buns). Whenever I order a gf sandwich, the server always cleans off the working space, changes her gloves, washes the knives. The sandwiches have been great and I've never gotten sick.

I have been CRAVING a sub since going GF a couple months ago. I'm always nervous about GF breads not having the right texture.. but Jersey Mike's nailed it! Absolutely delicious and the regular size is enough for 2 meals! Will definitely be returning!

I’ve eaten at other jersey mikes and have gotten really sick. This location goes above and beyond to make sure everything is safe. Nothing comes off of the bar. It’s the only Location I will eat at anymore.

The best experience I’ve had in Christiansburg since being diagnosed. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They took the time to wipe down equipment and change gloves. 10:/10 would recommend this location!!!
