The protocol the team follows when you ask for a sub prepared for a severe gluten allergy is un-paralleled. They take precautions to wipe down the slicers/ cutting board/ wash hands change gloves etc. It is nice to know by there efforts there is a very slim chance of having cross contamination when eating there.
I always get the turkey, mikes way, with mayo (they even make sure to grab the mayo bottle and not use the spatula and tub) 10/10

I had a friend highly recommend this place and I will say I am not disappointed. I have been GF for about a month now and have been craving a sub. My friend said that if you tell them you have celiac or gluten allergy that all work stops and they clean and prepare your sandwich in a safe manner. They even fresh sliced the vegetables on a clean sliver and a clean cutting board. They take this seriously and I am grateful.

There is a risk of cross contamination however they clean the slicer the counters and change gloves. Then they make your order on a separate tray. So they do take it seriously. Always had a good experience here. Helpful and friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly and considerate when we informed them we needed it to be celiac safe. They cleaned off the equipment, changed gloves, used a designated knife when cutting the gluten free bun. The gf bun came sealed from its own location. We did not add any condiments since those things would have came from the same container used for all the breads. Steer clear of condiments such as their mayo, mustard (anything that is used to dip knife in and spread) and you should be okay.

They have a gluten free bread option along with a gluten free snickerdoodle. That’s as far as their gluten free options go.

They have gluten free sub rolls or bowls for the subs. They use Udi’s sub rolls and take special precautions for gf orders. Make sure you mention you have a gluten allergy. They have lots of options for subs. I eat here weekly.
