They take good care of us and follow protocols. The slicer and counter get wiped down, gloves are changed, and they use a clean knife and butcher paper to prepare our food.

I’m sure there is still a good chance of cross contamination, but these people do everything they can. Ordered my daughters sub gluten free, they cleaned the whole prep area before starting including the meat slicer. Separate condiments, the works.

Absolutely tell them Celiac and no cross contamination! They cleaned Everything! Was impressed and feel safe eating. They have Udis bread. Was very good.

The only sandwhich place I will go. Staff is very knowledgeable. I always go with a hot sandwich to prevent cross contamination. The grill is always cleaned before they prepare my food.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

They use Udi Fench bread and prepare the sandwiches away from the normal work area after changing gloves. I prefer the hot subs, the 17 is a Philly cheese grilled with peppers and onions along with cheese. The hot sub is better than cold because the bread softens with the ingredients on it. I have eaten at this and two other shops without incident and really enjoy being able to have a good sub sandwich again.

I have been CRAVING a sub since going GF a couple months ago. I'm always nervous about GF breads not having the right texture.. but Jersey Mike's nailed it! Absolutely delicious and the regular size is enough for 2 meals! Will definitely be returning!

I’ve eaten at other jersey mikes and have gotten really sick. This location goes above and beyond to make sure everything is safe. Nothing comes off of the bar. It’s the only Location I will eat at anymore.

The best experience I’ve had in Christiansburg since being diagnosed. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They took the time to wipe down equipment and change gloves. 10:/10 would recommend this location!!!
